I've tried many times without success. Can someone please help me with this? I've put an ext3 partition on my MicroSD card, but MIUI keeps detecting it as 0.00B/0.00B free space.
Anything you need to know about my Droid is in my sig. Thanks.

DROID X
ROM: Stock 4.5.605
CPU: 1.2GHz; VSEL: 61
OTHER STUFF: Extended DX battery. Rooted.
I have an OG with just the rooted stock ROM. Using Link2sd and fat32 it works very well. I was never able to get the stock or other rom I tried to work with the .ext partition.
I suggest trying booth part ions with fat32.
It should work fine.
Good luck
What kernel are you running? Whenever I update my winner00 cm7 build, I flash primes deprimed kernel, then afterwards he has a link2sd .zip that I have to flash for it to detect my ext4 partition. That's the only way I can get my link2sd to work. I usually have to create the sdext2 folder in /data but I just updated to his latest build and I didn't have to create the folder.
So I'd say it depends on what kernel you're running, cuz I think some of them don't support ext2/3/4 partitions.
