installing sirphsycos

im installing the sirphsycos recovery image, but i keep getting this error. any ideas on what im doing wrong? also something that might be well worth noting, i got through allof the steps the first time. but the new recovery didn't come up, it was still the old one. so i just started over. did i screw something up by doing this? the old recovery works just fine, and i didn't brick the phone or anything

i type this command in:
# /data/local/flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery-0.99.2b.img

and get this back:

Did you check the m5sum of your downloaded 99.2 file?

ah, im an idiot. someone just had this problem and i missed it. let me try that
