I have to say, I agree with you about Dolphin...although multi-touch is nice to have.

I was having this problem with the USPS site. I was trying to track a package (my Seidio case and cradle, actually!) and the site kept throwing me to the mobile version. I am using Dolphin, so I obviously don't know the trick to get it to take me to the right place. The problem was that the mobile.usps.com site wouldn't track my package, it just kept throwing me back to the main menu after submitting the tracking info.

With some careful googling, I was able to find the direct link to the tracking page on the full USPS - The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service) site, and loading that did not force me into the mobile version. But it was a PITA.

Who can tell me how Dolphin can force loading the full site rather than the mobile site?

Open up Dolphin, click droid menu button, click on more (far lower right button), click settings, click on user agent, check desktop.

My opinion on Dolphin is the exact opposite. I've been to numerous sites, especially those that were work related where the stock browser simply didn't render the page correctly. Dolphin has NEVER let me down.
