    Exclamation help please with soft brick

    i tried to download a new rom and failed and cleared my cache data factory everything so make a long story short when i turn it on it just shows the "m". now if i press power down on volume and the camera button i can get in bootleg mode but my rsd 4.9 wont even recognize my phone being plugged in plz help me out guys
