Okay, I was following those directions, and accidently deleted everything out of my nandroid folder, what do I do now?

You could do a factory reset. It's always a good idea to keep your nandroid backs on your computer along with your sd card.

So even if I have 2.1 I can just do a factory reset and everything will go back to normal?

Well you will have to reinstall all your apps (most will automatically be installed when you sign into gmail), set up your email accounts, and configure the settings to your liking again.

If you do a clean wipe, you'll have stock 2.0.1 again (not a 2.1 rom).

Can you give me some instructions? I'll wipe it clean, but I need to pull my SD card out, cause I don't want it cleared

Just did it, still have 2.1 :|
