I don't think the eris has been rooted yet. So there are exactly 0 tutorials as of now.
The Eris has not been rooted yet. Alldroid.org has a bounty out for the first person to root the Eris. It will only be a matter of time before someone can figure it out. It may be after the 2.x update that the Eris is getting tho.
