If i rerun primed, it reverts back to stock settings.

I just change the 20overclock file then do:
    su
    sh /etc/init.d/20overclock

sets the values and im good to go.

I just figure if you take the time to find min stable vsels, than deprimed kernel will beat everything.

Oh Zeppelin, one thing I'm pretty sure about using this

    sysctl -w net.core.wmem_max=524288
    sysctl -w net.core.rmem_max=524288
    sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle=1
    sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_rmem='6144 87380 524288'
    sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_wmem='6144 87380 524288'

makes the Netflix app not work...I had to go back to the old values...just for anyone who uses Netflix knows...don't use this tweak lol
All I changed was that and streaming those videos didn't work

    Success at last

Many thanks to zeppelinrox and metalspring. After fighting access problems with explorers that weren't up to the task, I finally bought Root Explorer (RE) and was able to access and execute 99Supercharger.

My old D1 with GPA15, 1.0Ghz LV V1, SetCPU & Swapper 2 now hums along with very little lag or reboots. I am running balanced 5 and it just feels right.

Prior to RE, I was unable to see all of the hidden programs, much less activate them. I spent about an hour trying to download various free versions of RE. Then went for the paid version on the Market. This is truely an essential tool for rooted users.

Thanks for your patience and help.

    Are you sure?
Try booting up with those values and see if netflix works.
Maybe it didnt like the change after it was ran with different settings first.

Hey I was working on installing the 3g tweak script to local.prop ....but seems I can't find it. I have file expert and astro file manager as well as script manager and I'm not having any luck finding it. Could someone explain how I find it or how I might make it and install it to whatever direectory it needs to be in?

I'm at work and the guy beside me has a droid x surfing on 4g w/ 5 bars and I have no bars on 1x and barely have that! Hopefully the 3g tweak will work or ill have to say bye to liquid gingerbread 192

download the tweak on your computer, put it over to your phone's sd card and then open it with script manager.
