Btw, I wonder if anyone is working or can work on a 4g specific speed tweak...doesn't effect me; yet but I'd certainly like to see THOSE speeds lol

Apparently, 4g users are indeed noticing speed increases with the 3G TurboCharger
I made a change that needs testing...

Difference between this and update 2:
ro.ril.gprsclass=34 (instead of 12)
ro.ril.htcmaskw1=268449905 (instead of 14449)

I've actually seen gprsclass=32 in the past but 12 is the most common setting so I had used 12.

After researching today, seems that 32 would indeed be better than 12 BUT there is a new gprs class 34 so this would be a first for testing it at 34! (as far as I know) lol

So, I'd be interested in seeing if this is better than the 3G TurboCharger update 2 tweak!

Well I don't notice a difference between this and the original 3g turbocharger, however built in device limitations probably restrict which settings can actually apply...so it'd be best if someone with a newer phone would try it (a dx2 would probably be best bet)

Morning guys, Im currently running a droidx on latest Miui,
v6supercharger script runs great.

having an issue running 3gturbocharger, it seems to break all connectivity.
Any known fix for this? I would really like to run those build.prop edits!,

Odd...I'm using the 3g supercharger just fine on newest miui...only problem is that you have to manually delete 2 lines already in the build.prop with lower values
ro.ril.hsxpa=1
ro.ril.gprsclass=10

both combined or just one of them?

im using original moto droid and my stock minfrees are 8, 12, 26, 30, 40, 50
launcher is so weak and im running LGB v2.6

im not sure what to put for custom slot1 to etc help please haha

Ya, something just is not adding up, I would run the stock 3gturbo script with the above setting tweaks and it seemed to work,. I also tested your new edits zepp, and they worked too, but connectivy was unreliable, i would reboot the device and it would be in airplane mode, I would have to take it out of airplane, reboot, come back in and then have 3g, but no connectivity,. reboot again, get connectivity back, switch out to wifi and back and loose 3g.

Very flaky behavior.

I will do some more testing today and see how it goes.

So after testing various values listed above and the new values Zepp provided,
Miui on the droidx does not like the 3gturbo script, all values kill wifi, (unable to turn on error.) I suspect its miui and the way its build.prop is setup>?

Try Balanced 3 or numbers similar to it if you want to tweak it a bit
