    z4root Help

    I just downloaded the app from 4shared.com. I opened it up and I see 2 choices:

    - Temporary Root

    - Permanent Root

    I am new to all of this and am not sure what I should choose. For instance is temp till the next time the phone powers down or does it mean it can be removed. Where as the permanent is that something that is ALWAYS on the phone or does that just mean it will always be rooted till I want to remove the Root?

    Also to start I've seen people do some pretty cool stuff with roms and everything, where are some places I should start at to get me some cool rooted stuff?

    I have "Wireless Tether", but my main desire it to change the layout of stuff on the phone.

    But all the things I've read about it say it works on the Droid with 2.2.2

    I mean unless there is a difference between the Motorola Droid and the Motorola Droid 1 that I'm unaware of.

    I haven't looked into "Superone Click", I'm very noob and looking for the safest quickest way to a root. How does that one work and what do I need?

    No problem. It's pretty easy but you will need a pc to use it.
