Congrats on root! Before you do ANYTHING else, boot into recovery and make a backup. Then, you can use Root Explorer to delete and Launcher Pro or ADW to hide apps.

Thank you for the suggestions...i did almost fail the whole rooting process on step 2 of nine...until i realized that i didn't have the drivers installed right...then i forgot to flash the su...thank god that my phone didn't go into what i call "permanent paper weight mode"...i am honestly thinking about writing a program that will do most of the commands for you...you will just need to download the exploits and roms...then run the program follow it step by step...what u think?
what is the easiest way to test if the rooting was a suggest...i got a file exploring app that supports rooting...but it isn't letting me into the data folder for example...what did i miss???
Do you have an app called SuperUser? If it automatically showed up when you rooted, go grab the one from the market. Remember, make a backup in recovery before you change ANYTHING so you'll have something to go back to. What "File exploring app" are you using?
