03-31-2011 08:14 PMit has to do with cpu load and what the load has to be for it to clock up or down.
if you have to ask keep it at its default setting in setcpu or w.e you're using -

03-31-2011 11:54 PMWhen the CPU spins up to the set threshold (say 50%) then the CPU jumps to the next available slot in the ladder...same down.
