Putting Windows 7 Phone OS on Droid

Hi, i've looked everywhere on the internet for a tutorial on how to put Windows 7 Phone OS on the Motorola Droid. Before people start hating on how the OS sucks, I prefer it's layout. (Yes I have the App that changes the way it looks,) and i'd rather just have the real software on it. (I want to use Xbox LIVE on my phone, get achievements, games, etc.) How would I go about doing this?

No hate here, but if you want a Windows phone why not just get a Windows phone?

I know it can be done somehow but I have no idea how to do it.

No hate here, but if you want a Windows phone why not just get a Windows phone?

Well, I'd rather not pay for a new phone. I like the way the Phone looks, and i love the keyboard. (I got used to it.)

Plus I heard most of the WP7 phones are complete crap.

if there is source code its possible... but with the age of this phone and the lack of interest in porting it i would say its impossible.
