Key to get 2.1 running smoothly

Maybe I'm a little late to the party on this one but turning off the live wallpaper (cool as it is) fixed everything for me. No more jerkiness, lag, or random reboots. I tried virtually every ROM out there and had the same experience particularly with the random freeze then reboot. I'm running the latest Greek35T 0.0.41 ROM and it's remarkable how different it responds now. I'm sure they'll figure out how to get the live wallpaper to play nicely in the official release, but for now I'll do without.

While you were typing this post, I was turning OFF live wallpaper. I'm not 100% convinced yet, but my DROID sure is running a LOT more smoothly now. And not a reboot since turning it off. I think this may be the ticket.
