ok i got everything erase all i said. 1 last question
custom boot animation - did all the guy said in the guide. now it says no such file or directory when i try to do adb push bootanimation. something im doing wrong?

You need to make sure that the bootanimation.zip that you're trying to copy is in the same directory you're in inside the command prompt. What I would do is copy it to the tools folder inside of the android sdk, that would be easiest.
