New to Fission on droid 2g

Hi everyone...i am new to the Fission Rom Manger. I did donate and i think i downloaded the latest version of the manger and i did install the Fission Rom 2.4.3. for droid 2 global. I love it vs. stock and did hit a 1674 without overclocking. But i have questions...i don't know what add-ons to add-on and don't know if i have the most up to date Rom for the d2global. I see there are other add-ons like the multitouch kb, launcher Android and multimedia package. I don't know if i need these things or not and what they are. the new fission multitouch kb is working fine and the gallary is awsome. all my music works and i can play movies fine. any info for a first timer would be helpfull!!! thanks
