    Using the computers internet connection!

    I am able to make and receive calls and texts inside my house, but no mobile internet inside my house. As soon as I go outside I am able to access mobile internet (3g). Is there anyway I can connect my Droid to my computer (USB) that is connected to Comcast high speed internet so I can download apps from the Market and use the functions of apps? Thanks.

    If you don't have a wireless AP with your com-cast modem, com-cast should supply you with one for free, or you can just pick one up almost anywhere. then use a app called wapdroid. This app will connect you to your home internet when your home and back to 3g when your not automatically.

    Try "Connectify" for PC, it's what I currently use for my Moto Xoom wifi. You can share your Wifi or LAN connection through the WLAN card or Bluetooth. I got the tip from a forum post off cnet, it's pretty awesome. Has security settings and access control, etc.
