    Power button toast, back to stock?

    So my power button totally stopped working on my D1. I guess I'm going to try and take it to verizon to see if they will replace it or help me out in anyway ( fingers crossed )

    Anyways, I need to get it back to stock 2.2 before I go in. I was thinking I could just download the stock 2.2 unrooted from RM and load it that way. Will that work for me or do I need to bring in RSD?

    Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance!

    Thanks, pushing the sbf on atm, hopefully all is well again...excpet for the damn power button

    Said that flashing failed but it rebooted and im back to stock. Thanks again!

    You can always slide to unlock & use Droid sleep wiget if you have to ride that one out.

    Yeah, I'm sliding to unlock for now. I keep reaching for the power button but nothing happens... So sad to see my phone crippled
