    Let me know what you thing. It seemed a little slow to me, but when I speed it up the 2nd part seems to fast.

    also remember to change to bootanimation.zip

    I haven't loaded it on my phone to test yet, but checking the images it looks good. If you need to speed up the first part you could reduce the number of frames for the full animation cycle. Conversely if you want to slow the 2nd part you could add more frames of animation.

    Yeah I know. Its just tedious to have to do that. I think it looks good the way it is, Im just saying if someone else thinks its too slow or too fast I can "tweak" it some more.

    this is really nicely done!

    I agree on the speed thing.. I took the liberty of tweaking it a bit. I doubled each of the 'matrix' frames - this has the effect of running it at half the speed of the decepticon animation. If you then bump the frame rate to 40-50, it looks pretty good IMO!
