Here is the Data Throttling Hack for Multiple Roms.
I did the hack my self and applied it to mine and it booted up fine.

First boot up will take longer then normal.
Mobile Network Settings will Force Close.

Yea extract it from the zip then replace and reboot.

Phone don't want to boot after applying. Tried both replacing jar and installing via rm. Could it be because of permissions being different?

Cyanogenmod it's labeled 6.2.0 RC0

I think the only difference between it and 6.1.2 is it's got a patch for multi touch so everything works in maps. I can upload the service.jar if you want to patch that specific one.

Yea thats why because it has to be made for the specific rom. Where did you get this build? Is it a nightly?

I got it in #koush it was attached up top and gingerbread source came out about the same time i think is why it didn't hit rm or team douch mirror site.
