    Wifi tether permission denied

    I have done everything to try to get wifi tether working but the only thing I can't get it to do is flash the new boot image using the flash_image tool. I always get permission denied. I have tried chmod to 700 using the adb shell and that sill doesn't work. Any ideas?

    You have to be in the nandroid recovery console (hold x + power button) and connect with USB through your computer, while using adb. Hope that helps.
