    Bootloader: Battery Low/Can't Program

While trying to move from SPRecovery recovery to clockwork I managed to erase the recovery altogether. After erasing the recovery, I left the phone for a few hours alone on the charger to come back to it later. However, when I returned to the phone and tried booting it into the bootloader to re-flash a recovery I get the error message:

    Bootloader
    2C.7C

    Battery Low
    Cannot Program

The obvious solution is to charge the phone. The problem is when I plug the phone into the AC charger it doesn't charge. When I plug the phone in it immediately cuts on and stops at the M logo (the firmware I had didn't boot anyway so this isn't surprising). The problem isn't that its getting stuck at the M logo, the problem is the phone doesn't charge while stuck at that screen. The white light that normally illuminates is off while plugged in at that screen. And there's no other way to get it to charge (that I know of). It normally charges while turned off, but the moment I plug it in while it is off it tries to cut on and gets stuck at that damn logo.

I am fairly sure the battery is really too low, for when I left it alone earlier it was displaying the M logo, and thus not charging.

If anyone knows how to charge this thing or bypass the bootloader error message so that I can flash a new recovery I'm all ears for suggestions

Phones will not charge in bootloader or recovery. This is why we recommend having at least 70% before doing anything. You will need to either find another battery or someone with one. You can always go the butcher route if those are not options though.

You could get a wall battery charger.

The Verizon batteries are pretty expensive, and while I can get one from Amazon for cheap I'd rather get this done asap. Could you elaborate on the butcher route? I'm a fairly technical person so there aren't many procedures I shy away from.

You should have done it from the phone I always do for that reason. You can erase recovery and flash a new one from terminal on your phone you can also use rom manager to flash recovery images.
