I need a super techy to please HELP me! I was in my husbands google browser and found some, what could be very incriminating sites visited. (craigslist)...I know nothing about how the net works on the droid (ally)....his response is that someone hacked into his google and went to the sites....here's the kicker....one of the sites that was in his history,is a site I KNOW he wouldn't go to.....his phone was bought from verizon about three months ago........please, anyone that can help??

The only way for websites to be in the history on his device is for those sites to be accessed from the device itself.

Having your gMail account hacked would create vulnerability in his e-mail address (ie sent mail... etc)

What's wrong with Craigslist? And no someone can't hack your phone to make it look like you visited sites that you haven't

The browser history of the Droid(s) are detailed, and will show you exactly where he's been. If it's just Craigslist, whatever. If its in personals, it'll be something like cityname.craigslist.org/w4m or m4m or something along those lines.

But I have to agree with Stevessvt.

At the same time, I also recommend a mod lock this topic before it blows up into a war. *shrugs* Just a suggestion.

As I stated, the browser history on the device is specific to that device, not the account sync'd to it. The site(s) had to be visited on that phone.
