has anyone experienced this peculiarity with yahoo mail

this is a rather good thing.

when i browse to my yahoo mail, i experienced the full site....when i sign out, i don't really sign out,,,i'm taken to a simplified mail (m.yahoo.com) site.

i can still access my mail even though i "signed out". when i do tap "mail", i'm taken to a very nice economical mail site with "folders", "inbox"(default), "compose" and "check". the tabs arrange everything in a simple format that imo is cleaner and more user friendly than gmail because everything is easily accessible without having to go to "menu"!!!!
