    Dropped my old Droid and got a new one!

    I can't believe how many people are on here now! I only made a few posts on here when I got my baby when it came out and I mentioned how I scratched it from a snap-on case I bought from Best Buy.

    Long story short, I dropped it down the stairs. I didn't have insurance on it and I was expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars but they replaced it for free!

    Love this phone

    WHO replaced it, a Verizon store, or did you originally buy it at BB? I can't see a Verizon store doing this. And how badly was it damaged?
    OG Droid retired but serving as a wireless tablet now and then.

    I went to a Verizon store that fixes phones and told them what happened. There's a product warranty for the Droid and even though my damage was only cosmetic they replaced it
