    Question My drag down to unlock doesn't work

    I've had my DROID ERIS HTC for a month now and all of a sudden, I can't unlock my phone by dragging down. I have to tap the menu key. What's with that? Anyone else run into this? Collette

    You have to make sure you're dragging the grey bar - just dragging anywhere stopped working after the last OTA update. If that doesn't work, try rebooting the phone.
