Yahoo email problems

Ok, I've read all the other threads about this and still have not got it working yet. I go into my mail, then put in my yahoo mail address and password. I chose MANUAL SETUP and went through all the steps that were advised in other threads, and still receive "cannot make connection with server" message.

Any ideas rather than what everyone else is saying?

same problem, i tried changing my password for yahoo too and still no dice

someone on another thread figured it out --- basically you have to shut off wi-fi and it works---thought I'd share ---

i had probelms with yahoo all day yesterday, keep deleting and starting the acct, when i started the acct today it worked for some reason? i didn't do anything different. Also try and do a reset on the phone that has worked in the past with other phones
