USB options?

I just recently bought a new deck for my car, (Pioneer AVH-p3100) and it has a usb port, I can charge my droid using it but it won't let me play music or do anything else... Anyone know if there's a way for it to recognize it as a music player? Maybe an app for stuff like that? lol

wouldnt the sd card just need to be mounted or something?

Nah, man, I tried mounting it but it didn't make a difference.

Yea, it's a very nice deck, and for only 297, you can't really beat it. I'm just hoping I get the usb thing to work
I mean, I can still use the aux port, but it's not the same lol, plus it doesn't charge my droid.

well you could have it plugged in to the usb and the aux, but that would just be annoying (and the sound sometimes gets crackly on high volume form the headphone port)
that is a really great price, i found one around that online
i hope something is worked out, but you can always get a micro usb/ usb port adapter and put ur sd card into that, but its not the same, good luck

I think it's just not finding the right folder, anyone know if there's something I can do differently?

I would check out the manual that came with the deck. I know for my JVC, files on any usb drive have to be in a certain format or my deck won't recognize anything.
