@mtbhk44: What kind of problems are you having with More Icons Widget? What version do you have? I never had a problem with it using any of the Sholes ROMs. Never had a problem period. Are they not appearing on your screen? Is it going into the wrong app when you click on an icon? Are you adding the widget by going into widgets or launching the app? (Don't launch)

This is a good step by step on how-to using the Android SDK. There is also an app for rooted users that lets you do it from your phone. I perfer the SDK route cause you can re size the files...easier to see the entire page set

rooted...... Icons can be changed though if not rooted.

Bugless Beast/Beauty or Smoked Glass Rom

you need to be rooter to apply either of those or you can do a simple root and use the smoked glass metamorph theme if you want to play a little safer
