About LinkBacksWhat can i do to fix this! I didnt change any settings, and it was working fine before i restarted it. I just did it to see what the start screen looked like.

12-06-2009 02:28 AMThat happened to me today. I was moving files over from my Macbook. I turned it off for a min and then turned it back on and I couldn't send or receive calls or texts. Everything else worked fine. I called customer service and nothing they tried worked. I went to the store (in the snow) and on my way there it was working again. So weird.

When in doubt, remove the battery and start fresh. This is not the same as powering down and it can fix a lot of simple problems that otherwise can not be diagnosed.
