    Switching Between Back Speaker and Ear Speaker

    Ok..how do you switch these back and forth? Somehow my phone is now set to play notifications and everything through the ear piece and I want it to play through the rear speaker...

    Are you sure that this is the case? As far as I know, all notifications should come through the back speaker and the only thing coming through the earpiece should be phone conversations. Even third-party hardware would have a hard time doing what you are describing because AFAIK without root access, the earpiece hardware is locked down pretty tight. Hence all the troubles with recording phone conversations. Correct me if I'm wrong.
