Will I be able to exchange?

Hey all,

Just picked up the Droid this afternoon. As I got back to my place and snapped on my new Body Glove case, the BG separated the phone's fixture on the USB side of the device cracking it open!! Although it has mostly gone back into place, there still is a small opening and now a little worried that it may loosen up in the future . . .

Plan on returning my BG case anyway cause its impossible to take out keyboard, but you think there's any chance I can tell them what it did to the phone and they can exchange it out for a new one? Just don't like the fact that my fixture is split open on Day 1 for a $200 device due to a faulty case that they supplied,

just take it back.... say you got it home and thats how it was.

if you mention its the 3rd party device that caused the problem they may not exchange it so easily.
