Video resolution?

So I finally moved my video's from my iPod over to the Droid but they don't fill the screen. Do I need to change the resolution of the video's or is there something I'm doing wrong? It doesn't give me an option to zoom in on anything.

Go to Market, download and buy Act 1.

The videos may need to be converted to the 840x480 or close to it.

Thanks that thread was perfect. Now my question is what's the best way to play them on the Droid? I go into the gallery and I can play them but it doesn't display a title or anything so I have to do trial and error to get to want I want.

There are lots of free video player apps on the market. I use Cinema, its free and uses hardware acceleration and seems to keep the video and sound synced better than most of the apps I've tried, but choose whatever works for you.
