12-02-2009 08:59 AMWhen you are in the market. click the menu button and select "Downloads".
That will show you all the apps that you have installed and if they have updates available. -

I check the Market on my downloads about once a week and if there are any updates, I'll fix them at that point in time. If I'm notified, then I'll update that app immediately. -
