video camera not working

This is a discussion on video camera not working within the Droid General Discussions forums, part of the Droid Discussions category; I toto camera and move the slider to video.... but not matter how I hit the record button it just does nothing... so what am ...

    video camera not working

    I toto camera and move the slider to video....
    but not matter how I hit the record button it just does nothing...
    so what am I doing wrong?

    Are you sure it does nothing?

    Does it start counting up in seconds in the bottom left corner? Does the record button turn into a stop button in the bottom right corner?

    President in the video settings is it set to 10 minutes. Don't use the 30 second mms option.

    I have already tried every combination of settings and nothing... the record button u press highlights and that is all it does over and over

    Go into settings/applications/manage applications/hit menu filter all

    Scroll down to camara open it. Clear the cache and force close it.

    I would just restart the phone just for the halibut and try it again.

    Very strange issue. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of it.

    Just did both and nope... no worries, I was already planning on swapping because the tiny bubbles at the edge of the screen and the top half now has play so when u touch the screen it shakes/moves and hits the back half ad makes a clicky sound...

    Anyways, thanks for the help
