    if you read the comments of that article, it sounds like its false.

    I was hoping to be the first to say this was false.

    Looks like some rogue salesman at the BB popped open a box and took a photo of it on top of one of their folders.

    Now how they tied this to WalMart selling Droids early... Who knows. Its Engadget for Pete's sake!

    LOL I work for Verizon Wireless, and I was told no agent direct or indirect would be able to sell these devices early without receiving a very large penalty.
