    Bust Buy phone return policy

    I got my Droid at a Best Buy store. I will be exchanging the device because of numerous problems with it. Question: Do I need to take the device back to Best Buy or should I go to Verizon? I bought the phone a week ago.

    I don't think it really matters where you take it back to. It still has it's warranty on it, so i would imagine it wouldn't matter.

    Take it back to Best Buy. They should be able to swap it out for you. At least from my experience, Verizon Stores won't touch it unless you bought it from them.

    I heard Best Buy has been really good with taking the phone back and swapping you a new one
