stolen droid

    Exclamation stolen droid

    my droid is stolen how much would it be to cancel the line completely? Would it be the regular 375$ to cancel any smartphone?

    Call them and freeze it so you dont incur any crazy charges, but yes I think you will have to pay ETF even of it was stolen.
    I had a nice signature, but the mean ate it.

    Call Verizon and tell them what happened NOW. If you don't they have the chance of tacking on extreme charges.

    I would like to cancel my plan with them too since my company's giving my a free iphone so would I pay the whole 375 to cancel the plan since I've only been with verizon for 4 months? And how much is the ETF?

    If you want to terminate your contract now , you have to pay 350$ ETF . They could sell you a refurb Droid way cheaper than 350$ if you talk nicely to a manager at a corporate store , they have a program for lost or damaged phones .

    @ OP, if you have the insurance for the phone they will cancel the line but send you a new phone...

    Yes, you will have to pay the ETF...$350 I think...
