Try 1.2ghz, 1.3 won't run on mine either but 1.2 is stable as can be.

Cyan 5.0.7 1.3ghz JITTER = 16.345MFlops. Without Jitter = 10.05MFlops. That said JITTER is not very stable and gets rather P.M.S.eee! How does one get over 40? That's just sick! Honestly the only thing I notice when JITTER is enable is that my apps load very very quickly and the browser is faster, other than that not much difference!

It's not that convenient to post results in a forum thread. It's a great idea to share these infos, but it's hard to make comparisons between phones and ROMs etc... It would be nice to have more tools, like this one : FlexyCore Web - Benchmark main results
in which evereybody can sent results and compare a wide variety of phone model and ROMs!
