    picasa in 2.1 without fac reset?

    I have done some searching online and haven't found the answer to this. Is there a way to get your picasa account to show up in the gallery without having to do a factory reset? I really don't wanttodo the reset. Any suggestions?

    If it doesn't show up under settings-->Accounts and sync-->click on the ACTUAL gmail address; then I believe the consensus is it WILL NOT sync unless a factory reset is performed.

    Just curious as to a few questions:

    1. Did you have a picasa account before you initially set your phone up? ( I didn't)
    2. Did you force the 2.1 update or wait for the OTA ( I forced it)
    (I for one don't have the sync option but I don't want to do a factory reset )

    Heres my non factory reset workaround....I signed up for another Gmail account and added it to the phone and selected for it only to display and sync picasa. This way I can have.a number of pi s in the gallery that don't take up space on my SD card.
