Dock charging

    Dock charging

    when I have the phone in the dock I assumed that it would be charging. But in the AM it is either completely drained or close to it. The connections are ok. Is my assumption wrong?

    Check your batter icon, it should show an animation of it charging.

    I had the same problem until I realized, 1- the hard shell case has to be removed to fit properly and 2- I had to make sure I pressed firmly on it while in the cradle until the battery icon showed that it was charging.

    dock charger

    Solved. Must use the charger cord that comes with the dock. Thought that I could use phone charger cord also.
