Is your gtalk buggy?
I tried to send a msg to my gf and it said, "[name] did not receive your chat"
I tried from my computer using gmail and it said the same thing. I logged out of gtalk on my Droid and tried to send another msg through my computer and it worked. So then I logged back in gtalk with my Droid, tried to send msgs from from both devices and it didn't work again. I can safely say it's a problem with my Droid.
It was working fine not too long ago...why the sudden problem? Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm using gtalk right now talking with CorinaCakes and it works fine.

Working fine on my end.
Log out of GMail (everywhere) and turn your DROID off.
Log back in one at a time and see if that helps.

Alright. Now I really don't know what's going on.
If I keep my Droid gtalk signed on, I can't send her messages through my Droid or laptop, BUT I can send other people messages with no problem. Maybe it's her blackberry?

Normally works for me. Sometimes my text messaging and gtalk combined chats or something with two specific contacts (my gf and another girl...). My gf's picture will show but the girl's chat history shows, this is going to be the cause of my death...
And the other day a chat would not close, I would close it and it would open again. I signed out and back in and that fixed it.

Heh heh, I think this might be your issue.

Do you turn wifi on & off a lot? I've had multiple issues like this with gtalk and then I read somewhere how your google apps will lose "sync" when switching between wifi & 3G. I've had my wifi off for a week now and gtalk has worked flawlessly.

Nah I hardly ever turn on my wifi. The gtalk problem has miraculously fixed itself for the moment though I have no doubt in my mind that it will inevitably come back
