What would happen if I had no Verizon Service?

    What would happen if I had no Verizon Service?

    Would I still be able to connect WIFI and browse the web at home? Access the marketplace, etc? Interesting question.

    in order to setup the phone in the first place you have to activate it with verizon

    I would assume once you've done that, it would always work over wifi regardless if your verizon account gets terminated.
