    how to quickly switch windows?

    is there an easy way to switch to applications that are already running int he background? Example : how to switch between Google Maps while its running and switch to a music application?

    Long press (press and hold) the home button. You will get a menu with the six apps that are running.

    I have this question about the web browser. I like to open links in new windows (in the background), but it's a three tap process to switch between or close different pages. Menu->Windows->tap desired window.

    I wish there was a <ctrl-tab> like way to switch windows. Fennec, where are you?

    I don't have my Droid yet but you should check out this thread on this forum under apps.

    Different Browsers - Short Review - Steel and Dolphin

    One of the responses says you can quickly switch browser windows like the home screens. Worth a look?
