    Rooted-voicemail issue

    I'm rooted, installed bb, and I try to access my voicemail, but it doesn't acknowledge when I type in my pass and press #.
    There's a notification in the bar and I can't clear it.
    Please tell me if I can access my VM or clear the notification, thanks
