Time without a Signal????

    Time without a Signal????

    What does the "Time without a signal" percent mean exactly? Under "Settings", "About Phone", "Battery Use", "Cell Standby". Mine shows 89%, is this normal?

    Highest number I have seen is about 30%

    Right now it only says time on no mention of time without signal.

    hmmm... mine says 95% Time without signal...but that can't be true.
