about the mobile with android

Hello guys, i recently adquired a mobile phone with android(samsung galaxy s2), and i try install openvpn and recieve error, how can i to check if i have the tun module enable? when i try install the openvpn settings askme if i'm root, how can i run exec. with root permissions?

First you need to root your phone. However before doing so I recommend you check out the link in my signature to familiarize yourself with Android. There's a link in there that tell you what root is.
