What am I gonna do now with this phone?

So since my upgrade last month with the Droid Razr ..i now have the Droid X just sitting on my desk, what am I gonna do with it? At the mall I seen a what look like a ATM machine willing to buy your phone..what have you guys been doing with your old phone?

I sold my Incredible days after I got my Nexus. Sold it through Swappa.

As for my OG Droid I still have it, but I've lent it to a friend. That's going to be my backup phone. Others have used their old phones as media devices.

Exactly - I'm going to use my last phone (D1) as a backup.

Keeping my Droid as a backup. Sold my wife's Ally to BB for $28. If VZW has a family share data plan this year, I'll get a 4G phone and wife will get my Inc2, but I'll still keep the Droid as a backup. It still works fine, although slow.
