cracked scrern

Hi i am new here and just got the nexus and ready i dropped it and cracked the screen after only two days! Grrrrrr..
Anyway i have called cell phone repair shops but because the phone is so no one carries the replacement screens.
I am from vancouver bc and i heard i can order a scrern replacement kit on line, does anyone know where i can do this and is it a good idea.

Not sure where to order a screen replacement kit but if you have insurance you can file a claim and get a new phone after paying your deductible. Basically the price to replace the screen and pay insurance are about the same.


On a related note I suggest that you consider buying a soft silicone case or spring for something like an Otterbox Commuter case. You can never over protect your phone.
