Deleting user account on Youtube app

Has anyone found a way to delete a user account entered into the Youtube app?

I only see an option to add another account but no option to remove an account.

Anyone?

Go to:

Menu > Settings > Accounts & sync > Click Youtube Account

On the bottom it should say Remove Account.

Do you have an active Youtube account on the Droid?

Yes...I have an old youtube account that I never use....and more current one using the google log in.

The Droid automaticlly logs the old one in and I can't add the new one either...gives me a network error.

Try this:

Launch the Youtube app and click Menu > My Account

THEN click Menu > Sign Out

See if you can sign out and login with your NEW youtube account.

When I try to sign back in it gives me a choice..sign in with my youtube account(which is showing my gmail address) or add account.

Which will not work...I'm thinking because I liked my youtube account to my Google email somehow?

I have to separate log ins for youtube though...that's why I cant figure out why im not getting a choice?

I thought maybe if I delete the old youtube account it would solve it but for some reason I cant get it to delete....just sits there like its refreshing.
