no i have not been throttled yet and i dont live around any ISP's (closes town is 45mins away) so i tether my phone for internet access for my laptop -

before i tethered i use to use about 8 to 20 gigs a month.
highest ive had was the month of sept i had almost 350gb of data usage i think it was. -
